every few weeks or so nic gets time in the studio to record some music. through this i was introduced to the new river boys. they are a fantastic folk band with unique individual personality and sound. they're ridiculously talented, putting together really euphoric sound and lyrics.
nic asks me to film their time in the studio to have footage of his time working. i love the footage i've gotten thus far and i plan on putting something together in the future.
last night i got the chance to be in the studio with them again while they recorded their take of the well known christmas song "silent night". beautiful, to say the least. i can't wait to hear it after nic finishes mixing it. during the studio clean up, aaron hoped on the piano and improvised a song. half of it was about me and half of it was about nic. yes, nic has blue eyes and long brown hair.
quite a humorous night!
